Ingrid Margrethe Gjerde (born July 29, 1968, in Bærum) is an officer in the Norwegian Armed Forces. Since 2021, she has served as a Major General and is the commander of the United Nations Peacekeeping Force in Cyprus (UNFICYP). Prior to her current position, she held the role of Chief of Strategic Planning for the Norwegian Armed Forces from 2019 to 2021.
