She has a degree in media technology and has been working as a newsreader and sports journalist at Yle since 2003. Previously, she worked at the regional newspaper Etelä-Saimaa and at STT. In her free time, Henelius enjoys basketball and horseback riding, playing for Catz and Pantterit/WB during the 2008-2009 season. She has also appeared on television shows such as Uutisvuoto and Se on siinä.
