Ion Stoian (born November 28, 1927, in Telega, Prahova County) is a Romanian diplomat and politician associated with the Romanian Workers' Party (PMR) and later the Romanian Communist Party (PCR) after 1965. He served as the ambassador to the People's Socialist Republic of Albania from 1971 to 1978 and was the last Foreign Minister of the Socialist Republic of Romania in 1989.
