Irena Čubírková, born Srncová, was a Slovak murderer born on March 15, 1923, in Vrádište. She was the third woman executed in Czechoslovakia for criminal acts after 1918. She murdered her husband, Ján Čubírka, on October 10, 1951, with the help of her lover and his wife, staging the act as an accident. On December 7, 1964, she committed another murder of her partner, Ambroze Ščepka, further solidifying her notoriety in the criminal history of the country.
