Irene Naef is a Swiss artist born on January 29, 1961, in Lucerne. She is known for her work as a painter, photographer, video and installation artist. Naef studied at the School of Design in Lucerne, where she completed her education in free art in 1988. Since then, she has exhibited her work in various shows both domestically and internationally, contributing to many private and public collections. Naef resides and works in Lucerne and illustrated the Swiss edition of the literary magazine 'allmende' in 2011.
