Irina Mikhailovna Donnik is a Russian veterinary scientist born on June 2, 1955, in Sverdlovsk, RSFSR. She became a corresponding member of the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS) in 2010 and an academician in 2013. Donnik served as the vice-president of RAS for agricultural sciences from 2017 to 2022 and was elected a foreign member of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus in 2021.
