Irina Schrotter, born in 1965, is a Romanian fashion designer and entrepreneur. Initially, she studied to become a doctor, but after graduating in 1990, she shifted her career focus to the fashion industry. By 2008, her company employed 1,000 people, with an annual revenue of €3.5 million, which later declined to €2.5 million due to the financial crisis in Romania. She is recognized as Romania's most successful fashion designer and participated in Berlin Fashion Week in 2012 and 2013. Schrotter also ran as an independent candidate for mayor of Iași in 2008 but withdrew her candidacy.
