He served as the military commander of Salmas and was appointed as the police chief in both Salmas and Tabriz. Recognized for his efforts, he was awarded the '21 Azar' medal. After the fall of the Azerbaijan National Government, he moved to Baku where he completed his studies in the Faculty of Eastern Studies at Baku State University, engaging in both scientific and literary activities.
