He studied German and Theater Sciences in Berlin and specialized in television work. Hammad worked in various Arab radios and became the director of the Jordanian House for Culture and Media. He was a member of the Jordanian Writers Association and the Palestinian Writers and Journalists Union. His works include an epic poem titled 'Dyan Bian Fu' and various publications in his field.
