Pär Ivar Jogstad was a Swedish painter and wood sculptor born on April 25, 1906, in Undersvik, Gävleborg County, and died on May 22, 1984, in Orbaden, Gävleborg County. He was self-taught and studied art during travels to Norway, Finland, France, and Denmark. Jogstad participated in group exhibitions organized by the Gävleborg Art Association at Gävle Museum and held solo exhibitions, notably in Köping. His artwork includes still lifes, figures, portraits, and landscapes in watercolor, gouache, or oil.
