Ivar Kolling Sekne (born December 30, 1946, in Oslo) is a Norwegian journalist, editor, information worker, and author. He holds a Cand. mag degree from the University of Oslo. Sekne has served as editor for the Norwegian Student Union's newspaper, Studentforum, and has worked as editorial secretary at OBOS-bladet, and as editor and information manager at the Consulting Engineers Association. He is active in the Søndre Aker Historical Society and has created the column 'Gammelt nytt' in Nordstrands Blad.
