Iya Venkova (February 9, 1922 – June 10, 2003) was a prominent Russian sculptor and Honored Artist of the RSFSR (1987). She was a member of the Leningrad (St. Petersburg) Union of Artists and specialized in monumental and decorative sculpture, as well as small-scale sculptures. Venkova used various materials such as plaster, chamotte, porcelain, bronze, marble, and granite in her work. She was recognized as a classic of Soviet porcelain, particularly known for her contributions to park sculptures displayed in parks and streets of Saint Petersburg and other cities.
