Jaakko Kalevi Holkeri, born on December 11, 1946, in Toijala, is a Finnish lawyer and CEO who served as president of the Finnish Ski Association from 2004 to 2009. He was re-elected on November 8, 2008, but his term ended prematurely with a vote of no confidence on October 10, 2009. Holkeri was also a part of the board of the International Ski Federation from 2006 to 2008 and was the patron of the 2006 Tampere SM Skiing. He is the brother of politician Harri Holkeri and served as the Grand Master of the Finnish Grand Lodge of Freemasons from 2017 to 2021.
