Phillip Jabulani 'Jabu' Moleketi is a former Deputy Minister of Finance in South Africa, serving under President Thabo Mbeki from 2004 to 2008. He resigned alongside other cabinet members on 23 September 2008 following Mbeki's resignation but was open to remain in his position. Later, in November 2008, he was replaced by Nhlanhla Nene after Kgalema Motlanthe became president. Moleketi is married to Geraldine Fraser-Moleketi, a former Minister for the Public Service and Administration.
