Jac Jansen is a retired lieutenant general of the Royal Netherlands Air Force, born on February 29, 1956, in Maastricht. He served as the Commander of the RNLAF from May 2008 to 2012 and directed the Maastricht Upper Area Control Centre until 2017. Jansen's military career includes training as a pilot in Canada, operational roles in various squadrons, and leadership positions within the RNLAF. He currently chairs the Supervisory Board of Royal NLR since September 2018.
