Jacinto Barros Gusmão, born on December 25, 1974, is a politician from East Timor. He was appointed as the Deputy Minister for Trade and Industry on September 29, 2017, and was sworn in on October 3 of the same year. Previously, he served as the Director General for Planning Management, Monitoring, and Evaluation at the Secretariat of State for Professional Training and Employment. His term as Deputy Minister ended with the inception of the VIII Government of East Timor on June 22, 2018. He is also the Executive Secretary of the Democratic Party.
