Jack F. Chandu (1925-1994) was a Dutch astrologer, graphologist, hypnotist, and palm reader born in Batavia, Dutch East Indies. He endured imprisonment during WWII but escaped and later worked as a variety artist. In 1963, he founded the Stichting Totaliteitsdiagnostiek and later established ACON. Chandu authored numerous books on occult practices and astrology, catered to both novices and experienced practitioners. He wrote for various publications and made media appearances, including radio and television. He passed away at the age of 68 in The Hague.
