Jacob Forsell (1942–2023) was a Swedish photographer and author, known for his work as a press photographer at Expressen from 1964 to 1990. He also served as deputy information manager at Cancerfonden from 1991 to 1997 and later worked as a freelance photographer. Forsell was a prominent figure in the photography community, serving as chairman of the Pressfotografernas klubb from 1981 to 1987 and publishing books about notable photographers and opera singer Jussi Björling. He was awarded 'Årets fotograf' in 1980 and took the famous photo of Astrid Lindgren used on Sweden’s 20-kronor banknote.
