Jacob Lipkin (1909–1996) was an American sculptor known for his stone and wood carvings that explore the connection between humanity and nature through mythological themes. He was educated at several prestigious art institutions and dedicated his life to sculpting after 1940. Lipkin's work received numerous accolades and was widely exhibited, including a notable retrospective in 1968 in Philadelphia. His sculptures are featured in various museums, including Harvard's Fogg Museum and the Smithsonian. He passed away in West Babylon, New York, at the age of 87.
