After training in decorative arts, he began his career in 1978 in periodicals. He adapted numerous literary works and independently undertook the series 'Carnets d'Orient,' spanning ten volumes, along with illustration journals about his travels and music, showing his passion for jazz. He extensively uses watercolor in his artworks.
