Jacqui Shipanga is a former Namibian footballer and national team coach known for her significant role in the development of women's football in Namibia. Since 2015, she has focused on building the sport for women, having coached various national teams. She founded the Jacqueline Shipanga Academy, leading the team to the Namibian Women’s Super League victory in the 2011/12 season. Shipanga has also been involved with women’s football club establishment and currently serves as the interim technical director of the Namibia Football Association.
