Jahanara Arzu (born November 17, 1932) is a Bangladeshi poet and literary editor. She was the founding editor of the first women's weekly magazine, Sultana, in then East Pakistan. For her contributions to Bengali literature, she has received numerous awards, including the second highest civilian award in Bangladesh, the Ekushey Padak in 1987, and a total of 26 literary prestigious awards.
