James E. Buskey is an American politician born on April 10, 1937. He served as a member of the Alabama House of Representatives for the 99th District from 1976 until 2018. During his political career, he was affiliated with the Democratic Party. In 1997, Buskey participated in a special election to fill the vacant Alabama Senate seat left by Michael Figures but was defeated by Vivian Davis Figures.
