James Bin Ratib is a Malaysian politician born on October 7, 1966, in Sabah Borneo. He currently serves as the Sugut N.48 Division Chief of Parti Gagasan Rakyat Sabah (GAGASAN) and is an official member of the Sugut Division of GRS-GAGASAN. He has held the position of State Minister of Community Development and People's Wellbeing of Sabah since January 2023 and has been a Member of the Sabah State Legislative Assembly for Sugut since May 2013. He was previously the State Assistant Minister of Agriculture and Fisheries.
