James Wilson Macmillan was a politician from British Honduras/Belize, born on February 8, 1906, in Belize City. He was the son of Jesse Woodward Baber and William Hugh MacMillan. In 1952, he was appointed a member of the Legislative Council of British Honduras and also served as business manager at The Daily Clarion. He became Minister of Education, Health, and Housing on January 6, 1964, under Prime Minister George Price, a position he held until the next election in 1965. He passed away on August 8, 1989.
