Jan Rostek, also known as Stefan Andruszczak with the pseudonyms 'Aga', 'Bob', and 'Dan', was a lieutenant of the cavalry in the Polish Army and the Polish Armed Forces in the West. He served as an officer in the offensive intelligence of the Home Army (Armia Krajowa) and was a member of the Cichociemni, which were elite soldiers trained for covert operations during World War II. He was born on May 12, 1918, in Pysznica and was active until January 14, 1943.
