Jana Stapelfeldt (born August 21, 1986) is a former German handball player who started playing at age five with VfL Bad Schwartau. She joined Buxtehuder SV in 2005, where she made her Bundesliga debut on October 8, 2005. Stapelfeldt played primarily with Buxtehude, participating in a total of 235 Bundesliga matches and scoring 731 goals before retiring after the 2015/16 season. She was married to fellow handball player Toni Podpolinski since June 20, 2014.
