Janapareddy Tarakeswara Rao is an Indian cricket scorer and umpire, born on January 7, 1980. He has served as an official scorer in the Ranji Trophy tournament as well as in three One Day Internationals (ODIs). His debut ODI was on November 24, 2002, during India's tour of West Indies in Vijayawada. He officiated in two more ODIs on April 5, 2005, and October 20, 2010, both held in Visakhapatnam. He later moved to the United States and currently resides in North Carolina.
