Jane Hardy Cease (born January 23, 1936) is a former American politician who served in the Oregon House of Representatives and the Oregon State Senate. Born in Columbus, Mississippi, she attended Tulane University and married Ron Cease in 1960, later relocating to Oregon in 1966. She was a member of the Oregon House from 1979 to 1985 before moving to the Oregon State Senate, where she served until 1991. Notably, her husband Ron succeeded her in both legislative roles.
