She was known for her roles in films such as The Burgomeister (1935), Everybody Dance (1936), Blondes for Danger (1938), and Mrs. Pym of Scotland Yard (1940). Her contributions to the film industry during the 1930s and 1940s established her as a notable figure in South African cinema.
