Janusz Majer is a Polish alpinist and Himalayan climber born on September 25, 1946. He is well-known for co-founding the ADD Company, which owned the Alpinus brand from 1993 to 2001. Additionally, he co-founded Mount Company, the producer of the HiMountain outdoor clothing and equipment brand, and is co-owner of a chain of HiMountain shops in Poland. Since November 23, 2013, he has led the 'Polish Himalayas' program, showcasing his commitment to climbing and exploration.
