Jarmo Juhani Ahonen (born August 22, 1953) is a Finnish physiotherapist, non-fiction writer, educator, coach, and Pilates instructor. He has been the consulting physiotherapist for the Finnish National Ballet since 1986 and taught body mechanics and movement skills at the Finnish National Opera and Ballet School for 20 years. Additionally, he worked for 20 years at the Theatre Academy of Finland. He served as a physiotherapist for the Finnish national teams in athletics and contributed to several Olympic and World Championship teams.
