Jaroslav Kostelecký, born on April 26, 1979, in Most, is a former Czech automobile racer. He is the son of Jaroslav Kostelecký Sr., who competed in Formula Easter and Formula Škoda. His racing career began in 1991 with karting, moving through various classes including Czechoslovak championships and Formula 3. He won the Formula 3 Trophy in 1997 and became the Central European F3 Zone Champion in 2000, followed by another title in the Formula 3 Cup in 2001. He also competed in the Österreichische Rennwagen Meisterschaft from 2001 to 2002.
