A.R.D. Jaroslav Ptáček was a Czech Roman Catholic priest born on April 5, 1928, in Miřetice. He was a member of the Order of the Knights of the Cross with the Red Star and served as a personal archdeacon. Starting in 2008, he took on the role of administrator for the parish at the Church of St. Francis of Assisi in Prague. He received the papal honor Pro Ecclesia et Pontifice in 2015 for his service to the Church. He passed away on November 15, 2016, in Prague.
