She focuses on sustainable land management and the revitalization of landscapes damaged by economic activities, particularly in the region of Northern Bohemia. Vráblíková played a significant role in founding Jan Evangelista Purkyně University in Ústí nad Labem and established the Faculty of the Environment there. Currently, she works at the Department of Natural Sciences at the Faculty of the Environment of Jan Evangelista Purkyně University.
