Jason Mederic Ratcliff is a retired American NASCAR crew chief born on December 8, 1967. He worked for Joe Gibbs Racing (JGR) as the crew chief for the No. 19 Toyota Supra in the NASCAR Xfinity Series. He started with JGR in 2005 and priorly served as a crew chief for Brewco Motorsports. Ratcliff also has experience as a pit crew member with LAR Motorsports and Sadler Brothers Racing. He is notably recognized for winning the 2009 NASCAR Nationwide Series championship with driver Kyle Busch.
