Jason Starkey is a former American football center born on July 15, 1977. He entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent with the Arizona Cardinals in 2000, where he spent his entire professional career. Starkey played college football at Marshall University. After retiring from the NFL, he transitioned to coaching, serving as the head football coach at Lopez High School located in Brownsville, Texas, until he resigned in 2018.
