He holds a degree in industrial mastery and has served as a technical advisor in Barcelona's education department. Initially a member of PSC-PSOE, he held various political positions including deputy mayor of Sant Feliu de Llobregat. After leaving PSC, he joined Ciutadans, serving as a councilor and later as a senator representing the Catalan Parliament in 2016.
