Javier Hernández Bonett is a Colombian journalist and sports commentator born on October 10, 1954, in Manizales. He is currently the sports director at Caracol Televisión and hosts the sports program 'Blog Deportivo' on Blu Radio. Hernández began his career at Todelar and worked at RCN Radio from 1978 to 1989. He presented and directed the sports section of Noticiero 24 Horas from 1988 to 1995 and later at Noticiero Nacional until 1998. He became the sports director for Canal Caracol following the establishment of private TV channels in Colombia.
