Javier Livas Cantú (June 7, 1946 - January 17, 2023) was a Mexican lawyer and politician from Monterrey, Nuevo León. He was a member of the National Action Party (PAN) and the son of former Nuevo León governor Eduardo Livas Villarreal. Holding a law degree and an MBA from Tec de Monterrey, he owned a small movie business in the 1970s before working in banking at Banco Capitalizador and Bancomer. Later, he practiced as a litigation attorney.
