Jay Dahlgren, originally Judith Dahlgren, is a former Canadian javelin thrower born on December 7, 1948, in Vancouver. She achieved notable success in her athletic career, winning bronze medals at the British Empire and Commonwealth Games in 1966, the Pan American Games in 1967, and the British Commonwealth Games in 1970. Dahlgren also competed in the 1968 Olympic Games, finishing 13th. She was a seven-time Canadian champion in javelin, achieving a personal best of 56.88 meters in Winnipeg on August 27, 1974.
