Jean-Marie Reding, born in 1975 in Luxembourg, is a prominent librarian. He studied public library science at the University of Applied Sciences Cologne and has been working as a librarian at the National Library of Luxembourg since 2000. Reding became the president of ALBAD, the Luxembourgian association for librarians, archivists, and documentalists, in 2003. He is known for his numerous publications on Luxembourg's library system and was awarded the Luxembourg Book Prize in 2014.
