He played a significant role in founding M6, directing its programming from 1987 to 1989 and creating its news segment, Six'. Stock served as the audiovisual director for Havas and was Secretary General of the EBU from 2001 to 2004. Currently, he leads LUXE.TV, a television channel directed by his son.
