Jeanette Chippington, OBE, born on April 21, 1970, is a British paralympic swimmer and rower. She represented Great Britain at seven Paralympic Games, including five Summer Paralympics from 1988 in Seoul to 2004 in Athens. Competing as an S6 swimmer, she primarily focused on the 50 and 100 meters freestyle. After retiring from swimming, Chippington returned to disability sports and became a world-class rower, winning gold at the 2016 Summer Paralympics and bronze at the 2020 Paralympics in Tokyo.
