Jeff Gralnick was a prominent television journalist with a career spanning 47 years, as well as a professor of new media at Columbia University and Fairfield University. He was a news consultant for NBC until his passing. Gralnick reported from Vietnam for CBS News, and served as vice president and Executive Producer for ABC's World News Tonight. He also produced NBC's Nightly News and oversaw the creation of ABCNews.com. His notable work includes covering significant space missions, including those of Alan Shepard and Apollo 11.
