Jeffrey Archer MacPherson, born on June 9, 1956, in Santa Ana, California, is a former CART Championship Car series driver. He competed in the 1986 and 1987 seasons, participating in 18 races and notably the 1987 Indianapolis 500. MacPherson achieved five top-ten finishes, with his best result being 8th place at both Indianapolis and Milwaukee in 1987. He ranked 8th in the 1987 championship. Before CART, he raced in US Formula Super Vee during 1984-1985 and participated in four FIA Formula 3000 races in 1986, securing a best finish of 8th at Silverstone.
