Jeffrey Lynn Feltner was an American serial killer and former nurse's aide who smothered seven patients to death between 1988 and 1989. He initially confessed to the murders but later recanted. He ultimately pleaded guilty to two murders in exchange for a 25-to-life sentence without facing further charges for the others. Feltner died in prison due to complications from AIDS a few years after his conviction.
