Jekka McVicar, born Jessica Stanley Clarke in 1951, is an English gardening expert renowned for her expertise in organic herbs. She grew up in Somerset and learned about herbs from her family. As a young adult, she was part of the band Marsupilami and acted in Doctor Who. In 1987, she and her husband established Jekka's Herb Farm, which has the UK's largest variety of culinary herbs. An accomplished author, her books include Jekka's Complete Herb Book. She has received multiple awards for her contributions to horticulture.
