Jenny Symon, born Jennifer Symon on December 7, 1953, is a former Australian javelin thrower and high jumper. She won a silver medal in javelin with a personal best of 52.14 meters at the 1974 British Commonwealth Games in Christchurch and placed eleventh in high jump. Symon was also the Australian champion in javelin in 1972 and 1973.
