Jens Ladegaard is a Danish businessman, entrepreneur, lecturer, and author known for his books on sales, service, and management. Born on September 3, 1943, in Frederiksberg, he first trained at sea and later became a sales director in the electric industry. In 1978, he joined Finansbanken as the first sales and marketing director in the banking sector. After its acquisition by Jyske Bank, he served as its sales and marketing director until 1990. He founded his own consulting company, LADEGAARD A/S, in 1993.
